Diligence Tax Services respects your privacy. This website has one contact form and no accounts or client portal. It collects what you choose to send through that form, plus the analytics described below.
Website visits
Our website host may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and the time of your visit, to operate and protect the site. Google Fonts receives standard connection information when fonts load.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and whether the contact form was sent or a booking link was clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information such as your approximate location, browser and device type. We never send what you write in the contact form to Google Analytics, we have turned off Google’s optional data sharing, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell your information. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so this site does not change how it works when it receives one.
Booking and external links
Booking links open Google’s appointment scheduling tool. Information you choose to share there is handled under Google’s own privacy policy. Other external sites also have their own policies.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and message pass through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails them to us. We use them only to reply to you. Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents in the form.
If you email us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your inquiry. Please do not send Social Security numbers or full tax documents by ordinary email; contact us to arrange a secure method.
